What Will You Do as a Cookie Crew Member?

• Greet guests promptly and take their orders following our procedures
• Assist customers with menu questions and ensure order accuracy
• Create a warm, friendly experience both in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Package and deliver orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery

Desired

Skills and Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred
• Personable, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Ambitious and motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
