Vino is a new concept from Major Food Group celebrating timeless artisanship and a curated wine program. The menu features handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, signature entrées, and gelato served table-side. We are hiring passionate and dedicated individuals to join our growing Miami team. As a valued member of the kitchen, you will ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience.

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
• Clean up station and manage leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume and fine-dining restaurants preferred but not required
• Culinary diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Team-oriented and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
