DescriptionGreet guests who approach all bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying nice and amazing service.
- Demonstrate passion and commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest.
- Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and making recommendations.
- Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or older, for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
- Serve a maximum of 3 drinks per guest in accordance with company policy.
- Check time serving drinks.
- Take food orders from the tables in the lobby area, which is the bartender's responsibility.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby, and lounge following standard recipes.
- Clean as you go, including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables.
- Implement alcohol service and safety training, ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over‑serving an intoxicated guest, and promptly seeking management intervention if necessary.
- Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.
- Keep management up to date on inventory levels.
- Wash and sanitize all stemware.
- Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure a smooth transition.
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to the proper resource if unable to assist.
- Complete all opening, mid, and closing procedures, including but not limited to side work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education/Experience- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress toward completion required; responsible for completing any legally required state or local training and obtaining the required certificate; must complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
- Must be 18 years of age with 1+ year of bartender experience.
- Serv Safe or equivalent food handling certificate.
Possess good public speaking, listen effectively, and respond clearly and directly. Speak fluent English;
Spanish is a plus.
Perform calculations with speed and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors.
Reasoning AbilityIdentify problems, gather relevant data, note possible causes, evaluate information, recognize alternatives, and reach conclusions based on evidence. Take action beyond what is necessary. Perform under pressure and/or opposition.
Personal SkillsPossess excellent communication skills with customers, co‑workers, and management. Establish goals, budget time, and set priorities to achieve desired objectives while maintaining a smile and positive attitude.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described are representative of those that must be met: frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; regularly required to lift up to 60 pounds. Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
