As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Miami store (6620 SW 56 Street, South Miami, FL 33143 Suite #112), you are the front‑line point person for interacting with customers and baking our delicious cookies.

• Promptly greet guests and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm customer experience in person and over the phone
• Bake our cookies to perfection and serve with a scoop of ice cream
• Package and dispatch fast, warm, and correct delivery orders
• Handle cash and payments accurately, with no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area

• Prior experience in a customer‑service focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
