Sexy Fish Miami in Brickell is seeking aSenior Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, uphold top standards of food safety, and contribute to menu development.
You will lead a high-volume, fine-dining kitchen, train junior BOH staff, manage inventory, and ensure consistent plating and presentation. The role reports to the Executive Chef and requires formal kitchen management training or equivalent experience; weekend/holiday shifts are common.
