Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Sokai Sushi Bar in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom, as well as maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in your work.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency

• Efficiently sort and prioritize dishes, utensils, and glassware to ensure timely cleaning and availability for use

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including floors, counters, and equipment

• Participate in general kitchen duties
