SERVER / BARISTA, FRSH By Aroma 360

• At least two years of sales experience and proven track record in using inside sales methods to generate leads and upsell
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality

• Prior experience preparing sushi in a restaurant or similar setting
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

FRSH by Aroma
360 is looking for a friendly, reliable Server / Barista with hands-on experience preparing matcha. This role combines attentive guest service with consistent beverage preparation in a fresh, modern dining concept.

• Welcome guests, explain the menu, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve poke bowls, spring rolls, and hand rolls.
• Prepare hot and iced matcha lattes using proper measuring, sifting, whisking, and water-temperature techniques.
• Prepare coffee and accommodate guests' milk preferences.
• Follow beverage recipes to maintain consistent flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Process payments accurately through the POS system.
• Keep tables, service areas, and beverage stations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety standards and communicate allergy requests clearly with the kitchen.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.

• Previous server, barista, or café experience preferred.
• Matcha preparation experience required, including preparing smooth, clump-free matcha and hot and iced lattes.
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service.
• Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You enjoy connecting with guests, take pride in beautifully prepared beverages, and bring positive energy to every shift. You can confidently explain matcha to guests and recommend food and beverage pairings.
