Pay- Starting pay $14.00 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment.
- After 6 months: $14.80 per hour.
- After 1 year: $15.50 per hour.

This route will service the following retail locations at:
- 7795 SW 40TH ST, MIAMI, FL,
- 2780 SW 27 AVE UNIT #101, MIAMI, FL, 33133
- 2750 SW 27TH AVE SUITE 103, MIAMI, FL, 33133
Weekly average hours: 6 hours per week. Hours may increase to an average of 12 hours per week around holidays.
Ideal candidate would be available during daytime hours, especially Monday mornings.
Primary Responsibilities- Service stores on your assigned route: merchandising, organizing product orders, displaying items in greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining an organized backroom area, and performing inventory tasks.
- Communicate with management regarding service or schedule questions or concerns.
- Work in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Partner and build relationships with store associates and management during daytime retail hours.
- Availability for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
- Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
- Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using a company‑issued tablet.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
No experience necessary. We will train you.
Qualifications- 18 years or older.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable transportation.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Technological competency: able to learn and use a tablet for training and daily tasks.
- Availability to meet scheduling needs – occasional weekends, days before/after major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Work on the sales floor and back stock rooms. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds, as well as stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the day. A stepstool may be used to complete some tasks.
