As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague — also known as a Beauty Advisor — you are the trusted expert our customers turn to for all things beauty. You will create a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that builds confidence and drives sales, serving as both educator and beauty expert. You will conduct product demonstrations, provide tailored consultations (which may include makeup application and skincare recommendations), and stay current on trends to introduce customers to new items and innovations that match their needs and style.

Building lasting client relationships through proactive follow-up and personalized service is a key part of the role, with the goal of exceeding expectations and achieving sales goals.

• Educate customers about beauty products and trends; demonstrate products and provide personalized consultations (makeup application and skincare recommendations).
• Build and manage a loyal client base through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Create a positive and engaging shopping experience; greet customers, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and communicate current promotions and new arrivals.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized, shoppable space, participating in sales events, and staying up to date through ongoing training and vendor education.
• Meet and strive to surpass daily sales goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and promoting loyalty benefits.
• Utilize point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions and enhance the shopping experience.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance.
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors; read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Ability to deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships and educating customers on product use and benefits.
• Ability to maintain an organized and shoppable space and participate in training and product launches.
• Ability to use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to enhance the shopping experience.

• Talking, lifting, constant movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment; ability to process transactions.

Full-time/Part-time roles may be available; schedules may include weekend shifts depending on business needs. Hours per week may affect benefit eligibility. Specific schedule details provided by recruiter.
