The Operations Support Associate helps maintain efficient day-to-day store operations, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales when business needs require.
Responsibilities- Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders.
- Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
- Assist customers, process transactions, and maintain clean, welcoming sales and fitting room areas.
- Support visual merchandising, store standards, team training, and front- and back-of-house operations.
- Back-of-house experience or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
