The Stock Associate supports stockroom operations and helps facilitate the selling process through accurate product handling and stock maintenance. The role follows corporate procedures, protects merchandise, and helps minimize stock losses.
Responsibilities- Safeguard products and valuable materials throughout handling and storage.
- Receive and organize merchandise, and prepare products for the sales floor and special areas.
- Perform product counts and stocktakes, and track product flow in SAP.
- Manage product flow for repairs, markdowns, returns, transfers, and e-commerce deliveries according to company guidelines and deadlines.
- High affinity for luxury products and an interest in fashion, art, and design.
- Strong sense of responsibility; organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
- A degree in business or retail management, or equivalent, is a plus.
