Support the store's receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations by processing merchandise and helping ensure customer orders are handled accurately. Work collaboratively with store teams to meet operational standards and support customers.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards.
- Pick merchandise from the selling floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
- Pack shipments using approved techniques and policies.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor and support store events.
- Use store technology and equipment to complete job functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
