The Service Associate creates a seamless and enjoyable in-store experience by assisting customers and colleagues throughout the store. The role supports the in-store service hub, including Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and appointment bookings.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers with a genuine, friendly approach.
- Assist with in-store pickup orders, easy returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and other technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
