Supports store receiving, logistics, and fulfillment operations by processing merchandise, preparing customer orders, and maintaining company standards. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and comfort using technology.
Responsibilities- Process new merchandise receipts and pick items from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment.
- Pack merchandise for shipment and support returns, price changes, damages, and other logistics initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the sales floor and assist with store events.
- Use handheld equipment, computers, and other store technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform common bending and reaching movements, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
