Responsible for working as a member of the store team to achieve store sales goals by processing all inventory and stock transactions accurately and quickly. Also responsible for store replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.

Supports store sales productivity and customer service through processing all transactions accurately and on a timely basis.

Knowledge and understanding of store sales goals.

Understands and abides by all Diesel retail policies and procedures.

Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude.

Supports the Diesel brand image through the Diesel Dress Code policy.

Attends all store meetings as directed by management.

Develops and maintains understanding of all relevant company, store and product information.

Maintains product levels through the daily restock of the sales floor.

Communicates product stock level issues to management as appropriate.

Communicates product quality issues to management as necessary.

Processes all inventory transactions accurately, in a timely fashion and as per Diesel inventory policy and Procedure.

Ensures that all product in back-stock is sensored and organized at all times.

Follows all store opening and closing procedures.

Keeps current regarding all information posted on store communication boards, and in department binders.

Performs operational duties as directed by management.

Maintains a clean and organized stockroom at all times.

Follows daily and weekly cleaning procedure to ensure department and stores are consistently cleaned to company standards.

Understand Diesel brand values.

Communicate the brand values to customers.

Support Diesel brand image by always adhering to Diesel dress code.
