Support store operations by processing incoming and outgoing merchandise, maintaining stockroom standards, and preparing products for the selling floor. Help ensure merchandise is organized, floor ready, and presented according to company guidelines.
Responsibilities- Receive, record, unload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies.
- Tag and ticket merchandise, complete price changes, and process damages and returns.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and place merchandise on the selling floor using floor maps and visual standards.
- Follow asset protection, receiving, and safety procedures while supporting the store team.
- No experience required; high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
- Strong communication, organization, and basic math skills.
- Flexible availability for retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
