The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience with a customer-first mindset. This role supports sales goals and contributes to an inclusive, collaborative store environment.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance objectives.
- Educate customers about products, programs, and available services while demonstrating fashion and styling knowledge.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards across the sales floor and back of house.
- Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing tasks, and visual standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
- Retail or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
