Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Retention Sales Agent based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The 2-15 Licensed Retention Sales Agent will focus on building relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include communicating with clients, understanding their specific insurance needs, offering coverage solutions, and handling client concerns. The role also involves collaborating with team members, maintaining updated knowledge of insurance policies, and meeting retention goals.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Experience in Sales and Insurance to provide informed and persuasive guidance on coverage solutions.
- Ability to participate in and apply Training to stay updated on industry practices and product knowledge.
- Relevant credentials such as a valid insurance license and prior experience in retention or sales-focused roles.
- High level of professionalism, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
