Manager, Sales (San Francisco) – Justworks

Justworks is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing sales team in the San Francisco office. This role is central to our growth strategy and involves developing people, setting performance objectives, and driving revenue.

Your Success Profile
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train a sales qualification process.
  • Hire and train high‑performing salespeople in alignment with our values and methodology.
  • Manage day‑to‑day performance of all sales team members and deliver performance reviews.
  • Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with sales team and leadership.
  • Track sales metrics and report data to leadership regularly.
  • Coach and develop direct reports.
  • Implement performance plans per company procedures.
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement.
  • Meet revenue goals through direct reports’ activities.
  • Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on contests and motivational initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within Human Capital Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience; consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 4 people.
  • Technical proficiency in sales software (Salesforce, Gong, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Sales Loft).
  • Leadership philosophy emphasizing team development, collaboration, and customer‑centric approach.
  • Strong commitment to DEIB initiatives.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Total Compensation

This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range is $ – $ in San‑Francisco, with inclusive incentive compensation of $ – $. Final offers may vary. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to plan terms.
