Base Pay Range

$18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma required;
College Degree preferred; 2+ years related experience.
1-2 years of Sales Experience (B2C) with proven ability to hit sales quotas.
Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team‑oriented, and fast‑paced environment.
Sales background with knowledge of developing reports with customers and following up with leads.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Detail‑oriented with exceptional problem‑solving and follow‑up skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well in a team structure, while moderately supervised.

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, or internet in a friendly and professional manner, providing requested information in a timely manner.

Track customer inquiries using online support management systems and tools.

Coordinate, manage, and complete outbound communication via phone or other methods to end‑users to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Work with product end‑users to establish and meet business needs while abiding by company business protocols.

Participate as needed in company meetings and training of new team members.

Use tools and resources available to efficiently and accurately solve problems and answer questions relating to purchasing courses and using OnCourse Learning’s multiple websites and applications.

Contribute to achieving key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, abandoned call rates, number of calls answered, average speed of calls answered, and length of calls.

Other duties as assigned.
