Master Pro Lighting is a fast‑growing lighting distributor specializing in high quality LED tubes, fixtures, and commercial lighting solutions. We supply retail stores, wholesalers, and contractors nationwide. We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and excellent service.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage existing accounts, generate new sales opportunities, and support customers with order information, pricing, and product recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide product recommendations and quote pricing
• Track sales activity in our CRM
• Manage follow‑ups, reorders, and customer requests
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand accounts
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries

• Comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn product lines quickly
