• Strive to complete 15 to 50 successful closings annually to maintain sales goals
• Active Florida Real Estate License
• Maintain continuing education requirements per state requirements.

• Represent buyer clients on home tours and help them navigate through the sales process of buying & negotiating the contract using our proven Sales Process until the successful closing, all while safeguarding the client’s best interests
• Prepare Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), identify marketing strategy, List and Market homes for sellers by following our Proven systems
• You know the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry like the back of your hand
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
