About the RoleAs a Wholesale Flower Sales Representative
, youll connect with floral shops, event planners, supermarkets, and wholesalers to promote and sell premium-quality fresh-cut flowers sourced from around the world.
You'll manage customer relationships, process orders, and ensure each client receives the best selection, service, and value all while helping your company bloom!
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale customers in the floral industry
- Conduct outbound calls, in-person visits, and virtual presentations to grow accounts
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and process orders accurately
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Identify new sales opportunities within the Miami and South Florida markets
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale flower sales
, floral distribution
, or fresh produce sales - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, and floral market trends (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
