Our client is a fast‑growing tech‑enabled company transforming how restaurants manage delivery. By combining autonomous robots with dedicated human couriers, they offer a faster, more reliable, and far more cost‑efficient alternative to traditional delivery platforms.

The company is hiring Field Sales Representatives to drive market expansion in New York, Chicago, and Miami. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and managing a high‑activity sales pipeline within a defined territory, introducing local restaurants to a delivery solution that improves their economics and elevates the customer experience. This is a hands‑on, relationship‑driven role ideal for sales professionals who thrive in the field, enjoy walking into businesses, and excel at consultative conversations with restaurant owners and operators.

What

You'll Do
  • Own a geographic territory defined by ZIP/postal codes
  • Prospect and engage restaurant owners and managers through in‑person, door‑to‑door outreach
  • Work a provided lead list (90% qualified but cold) and build additional pipeline as needed
  • Educate operators on the delivery model, value proposition, and pricing structure
  • Manage a full sales cycle with an average 3‑week close timeline
  • Track all outreach, pipeline, and activities in Hub Spot CRM
  • Collaborate with regional team members and leadership to refine territory strategy
  • Contribute to a high‑activity, metrics‑driven culture focused on consistency and execution
What do you bring?
  • 1–5 years of client‑facing sales experience
  • Background selling into restaurants strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with door‑to‑door outreach and high‑volume activity
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with operators
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and competitive
  • Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM tools
Compensation & Benefits

$70K USD + an aggressive, uncapped commissions structure
