Starting Salary Range: $38k per year + Commission

As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new leads, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process. • Engage with inbound and outbound customers, cultivating relationships and following up on leads to drive sales.
• Effectively promote our products and services while providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize, and meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve sales objectives.
• Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, text) to engage with customers.
• Identify customer needs and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

• Previous experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
• Background in selling durable or soft goods highly desired.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and KPIs.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with online sales experience a plus.
• Fluency in English required, additional languages a bonus.
