Inside Sales Representative

Overview

We have partnered with a rapidly growing distributor of thermally modified lumber, tropical hardwoods, and composite decking to identify a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to add to their team in Miami. In this role, you will work with contractors and homeowners to assess needs, present solutions, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years in a client-facing role and experience with building products.

• Responsible for selling and maintaining current sales and promotions policies, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices
• Maintain records related to sales
• Answer incoming calls for the department

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 3+ years of Inside Sales Representative experience, preferably in lumber retail or building material sales
• 2+ years of experience selling tropical hardwood lumber products
• Knowledge of Spruce is highly desirable
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.
