iContainers enables companies and individuals to compare shipping rates, book FCL, LCL, and air shipments, and track cargo in real time, providing greater transparency and efficiency in the logistics process.

In this role, you will develop and execute outbound marketing strategies to attract new business, promote our logistics solutions, and drive qualified leads to our sales team for all our business verticals, it requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and analytical skills who can effectively manage multiple campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and direct outreach.

Your Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement targeted outbound marketing campaigns highlighting our logistics services, such as ocean freight, air freight, domestic shipments and tracking in the US, shop, and ship, returns management, international relocations, e-commerce, etc., including email, cold calling, direct mail, and social media.
  • Cold Outreach & Follow-Up Conduct cold outreach via email and phone to potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry, introducing them to our vertical solutions and qualifying leads for further sales engagement.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify target industries (e.g., retail, manufacturing, e-commerce) and decision-makers (e.g., supply chain managers operations directors) for outbound campaigns, generating and nurturing qualified leads for logistics services.
  • Set Campaigns Goals & Track Performance Measure and analyze the success of outbound campaigns by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign ROI. Provide insights and recommendations for improving outreach strategies within the logistics sector.
  • Management of Campaigns in our Marketing Tech Stack Use our CRM platform (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (Sales Loft) to manage prospect databases, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions, lead segmentation, and communication follow-ups specific to logistics services.
  • Event & Webinar Promotion Continuously evaluate outbound marketing initiatives around logistics-related conferences, trade shows, webinars, and industry events. Support our team’s attendance at events through targeted outreach and follow-up campaigns.
  • Social Media Management Manage our social media channels, primarily focusing on Linked In for B2B. You will need to become a Linked In champion. Given the business verticals that we have and will be opening, you will be recommending the ideal social media channels to focus on.
  • Collaboration Across Teams Work closely with the sales, logistics operations, and product development teams to align outbound marketing efforts with iContainers services offerings. Collaborate with our PPC Manager to create social ads campaigns for outbound marketing. Proposes well-funded campaigns. Collaborate with content creators to have compelling content for your outbound marketing purpose.
  • Tooling Research Be up-to-date with outbound marketing tools that could be useful for iContainers business objectives.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of outbound marketing experience, focusing on logistics, transportation, or supply chain services.
  • Experience in using B2B outbound marketing tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft industry-specific messaging that resonates with logistics buyers and decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation techniques specific to logistics services.
