Sales Associate – Miami Design District – Cartier
Location: Miami, FL
Reports To: Sales Experience Manager
OverviewServe as an Ambassador for Cartier, achieving sales targets, delivering an exceptional client experience, and supporting daily boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and follow‑up with clients.
- Manage after‑sales client interactions when dedicated staff are not available.
- Adjust sales approach according to client needs.
- Negotiate and overcome objections.
- Act as a referent and provide recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
- Stay current on industry news and competitor activity.
- Build and nurture client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Record client data accurately for follow‑up.
- Resolve client concerns and involve management when needed.
- Collaborate with management on in‑store and off‑site events.
- Understand and follow security and operational policies.
- Assist with boutique set‑up, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Support daily merchandising and back‑stock maintenance.
- Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
- Engage in special projects as required.
- Education: College degree preferred.
- Experience: 2–5 years in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.

Skills:
Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment, computer and internet savvy, MS Office required, SAP preferred. - Personal
Skills:
Additional language skills a plus; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer‑service focus; attention to detail; genuine ambassador; professional demeanor; team‑player; availability for retail hours including weekends and travel for training, client events, and conferences.
