Role OverviewAs our Sales Representative (SR), you’ll create powerful first impressions, build pipelines through outbound, and book qualified discovery calls that fuel our sales team.
Responsibilities- Make 200+ targeted outbound dials/day.
- Book qualified discovery calls/day with ideal prospects.
- Keep 100% CRM hygiene: log every touch, update notes, schedule follow‑ups.
- Join daily roleplays/mentorship sessions to sharpen your craft.
- Train daily on Cardone University Sales Training platform (provided).
- Complete the IBC Practitioner Program to become an authorized closer (before next promotion).
- Live by our Core Values.
- Proven outbound experience (inside sales/appointment setting preferred).
- Clear, persuasive communicator who can make complex ideas simple.
- Resilient, coachable, organized; you own your number and your calendar.
- Background in financial services/real estate/insurance is a plus.
- Active 2‑15 license (or willingness to obtain promptly).
Master the SR role in 6–12 months and advance to Sr. Sales Representative, and then on to Leadership Positions. Top performers are closely mentored for rapid promotion. WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR GREAT LEADERS.
Location & ScheduleIn‑office in Miami, Florida;
Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:30 pm; occasional weekends for events we host at our Headquarters.
