Sales Associate
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Mazda of North Miami is seeking motivated car sales professionals to join our team. As part of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, stay up-to-date on the latest Mazda models, and earn competitive compensation. Hourly plus commissions for the probationary period, Draw vs Commission + Bonus + Spiffs + Referral deals (No Cap) on making $$$.

- Follow‑up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your ‘A’ game & positive attitude with you every day.
- Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
- Fantastic communication skills with customers.
- Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
- Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check & drug screen.
