Client Partner, Ad Sales - Miami

Tik Tok is seeking a Client Partner (what we call Brand Partnerships Manager) to support our Miami business out of the Miami, Florida office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network performance solutions selling and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business. The candidate will have operational knowledge of in-market clients and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital teams.

A proven track record in scaling client investment is a must. Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders. The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the Tik Tok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market. You’ll bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across Advertising Technology partners.

Responsibilities :

• Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
• Drive revenue for Tik Tok by seeking partnerships across the territory;
• Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients;
• Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions;
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives;
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services;
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies;
• Ensure that our advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service;
• Educate partners on Tik Tok products and best practices.

• 5+ years of (performance) marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and / or online advertising experience.
• Experience working with key stakeholders across the Miami / PanLATAM market (Spanish-Speaking-South-America)
• High written and oral proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to frequent communications with stakeholders based in Spanish-speaking markets.
• Must be willing to work out of office in Miami, Florida

• Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
• Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders.
