Position Specific Description

FPL Home is looking for Inside Sales Agents to join our team in Miami, FL
. We are seeking motivated, self‑starter candidates who are eager to earn, grow, and build a long‑term career with our organization.

This is an inbound sales role within a fast‑paced call center environment
. In this position, you will engage with customers, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and leverage your communication and negotiation skills to drive sales results.

Compensation

Our competitive compensation structure includes:

  • Potential promotional incentives

Agents earn an average of $63K annually
, with top performers exceeding this through strong sales contributions and incentive opportunities.

  • Hours of operation:
  • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This role operates in a structured call center environment where:

  • Agents are expected to maintain consistent availability during scheduled work hours
  • Breaks and lunches are scheduled and taken at assigned times to support call volume and service level commitments
  • Performance is measured by sales results, customer experience, and schedule adherence
Qualifications
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

Job Overview
