OverviewAs part of the Orkin Commercial sales team, you will promote a highly persuasive pitch backed by award-winning training and an iconic brand with almost 125 years of protecting homes and businesses.
You’ll have the opportunity to maximize financial potential with high-performance sales skills and contribute to overall business success, including an annual rewards trip for top performers.

Responsibilities- Understand Orkin products and services and sell them to a variety of industries.
- Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and uphold quality and safety.
- Build trusted relationships and serve as an empathetic problem solver.
- Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
- Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
- Conduct inspections of customers’ commercial property and make recommendations based on findings.
- Prepare sales agreements using provided iPad and stay organized.
- Estimated first-year earnings: $65,000 to $110,000 USD annually.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission.

- No experience required; sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
- Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Navigate crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including potentially an OSHA-compliant respirator.
- Work in various weather conditions.
