This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL for a qualified Sales Manager looking for a great place to grow. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, driving sales revenue, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing showroom operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the design and marketing teams to promote the company’s offerings and meet strategic business goals.

• Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Relationship Building
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Interior Design and Home Furnishings Trends
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team
• Ability to analyze market data and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the interior design or luxury retail industry is a plus
