As we continue to expand our presence in South Florida’s competitive construction industry, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Professional to drive growth. You’ll play a key role in promoting our services to property managers, condo associations, HOAs, building owners, engineers, and commercial clients.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media (X, Linked In, Instagram), email marketing, and content creation (before‑and‑after project showcases, educational posts on building maintenance).
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and building partnerships.
• Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Manage client relationships, follow‑ups, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaborate with our team to highlight our unique strengths in innovative restorations and litigation‑proof solutions.
• Track performance metrics and report on marketing/sales ROI.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales, preferably in the construction or renovation industries.
• Proven track record of lead generation and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of South Florida’s construction market is a plus!
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
