We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our league of superheroes, specializing in providing essential support for GC Electronics, a Master International company. In this crucial role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless execution of the sales process for our GC Electronics customers.
As the main liaison between the sales and operations teams, you will be responsible for order processing, effective communication with customers, and collaborative coordination with internal stakeholders. The Sales Support Specialist will contribute significantly to maintaining accurate sales documentation and enhancing overall sales efficiency for GC Electronics.
This position requires a candidate who is not only precise with data management and proactive in problem-solving but also demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
What you will do?- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about GC Electronics products
- Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions
- Provide product knowledge and assistance to customers during the sales process
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of customer information into the system
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and orders
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries
- Generate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends as required
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of products or services
- Efficiently and accurately enter purchase orders into the company's order management system, accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure order details are complete and accurate
- Verify product availability and delivery timelines to meet customer expectations
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to streamline the order fulfillment process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information during order entry
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat to update and edit data sheets for customers
- Regularly update the company's website with new information, including product details, such as part number, description and quantity information
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
- 1-2 years proven experience in a sales support, order processing, or customer service role, preferred
- Proficient in Quick Books Desktop or Quick Books Online, preferred
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manipulate and analyze datasets using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts and VLOOKUP
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for effective email communication
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers
- Familiarity with order management systems and related software
