Position Overview
Miami Jewish Health is building a new Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) expansion. The Senior Living Advisor is a sales professional who presents and sells the community lifestyle from lead through closing, achieving reservation and move‑in goals.
Job SummaryResponsible for meeting leads, consultative selling, achieving reservation and move‑in goals, and maintaining high service standards.
Essential Responsibilities- Generate sales referrals from potential residents and community contacts.
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
- Maintain regular contact with existing leads and prospects.
- Achieve the community sales and move‑in goals.
- Exceed hospitality and service standards.
- Follow the Sales Process.
- Interact with all leads and turn them into residents through outbound calls, presentations, events, and group presentations.
- Skillfully interview prospects to ascertain how the community meets their needs.
- Record all information and input CRM data.
- Conduct effective sales presentations that inspire the next step in the sales process.
- Influence closing through sales messages, presentation techniques, facilitation methods, and relationship management.
- Maintain follow‑through to retain prospects for move‑in.
- Maintain CRM database and hot lead list forecasting.
- Attend sales training, read motivational materials, and continually improve selling skills.
- Stay informed about the local real‑estate market, customer profile, competitors, industry trends, and customer trends.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, English, or equivalent experience.
- Proven sales experience; at least one year in senior living sales preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM database, and general sales tools.
