The Client Engagement & Referral Manager at Guerra Wealth Advisors is the relationship-driven connector who ensures our clients feel heard, valued, and inspired to share their positive experiences. This is not a traditional service role — it’s a strategic position focused on deepening relationships, driving engagement, and generating qualified referrals that contribute directly to firm growth.
You’ll serve as the bridge between our advisory team and our clients, fostering ongoing connection through feedback, testimonials, and referral generation. By combining your financial services experience with authentic communication, you’ll help transform satisfied clients into passionate advocates for our firm.
Responsibilities:- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to gather testimonials and feedback.
- Perform quality assurance surveys to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Handle incoming client service inquiries with professionalism, warmth, and care.
- Proactively identify and cultivate referral opportunities from satisfied clients.
- Coordinate and execute structured follow-up strategies for all client referrals.
- Support marketing and event initiatives through client outreach and pre-qualification.
- Strengthen Guerra’s community presence through active relationship building.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed notes on all client interactions.
- Support prospect management and lead qualification processes.
- Collaborate with the advisory and marketing teams to align on communication strategies.
- Participate in professional development and industry education to stay sharp and relevant.
- 5+ years of financial services experience (banking, investments, insurance, or planning).
- Proven success in client relationship management and face-to-face interaction.
- Sales or business development background with a track record of referral generation
. - Strong verbal and written communication skills;
bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. - Comfortable requesting feedback, testimonials, and referrals in a consultative way.
- Professional maturity and credibility within the financial industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and technology platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Commitment to ethical practices and a client-first approach.
- Strong, lasting client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and integrity.
- Consistent flow of quality referrals and testimonials that support firm growth.
- Clear, accurate reporting of client engagement metrics and CRM data.
- Effective collaboration across advisory, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Measurable contribution to client satisfaction, retention, and referral-driven business.
- Full-time, Hybrid role based in Miami, FL (remote and in-office work).
- Standard weekday hours, with occasional evening or event support as needed.
$45,000–$65,000 Annually (Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses)
This role includes uncapped commission and bonus opportunities based on engagement, referrals, and overall impact on firm growth.
