Our client is a fast-growing company dedicated to improving patient lives through cutting-edge technologies that leverage the body's immune response. We're seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong clinical understanding, helping us expand our business and establish new accounts during an exciting time of growth. As part of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, developing territory plans, and delivering formal sales presentations to clients.

You will work with multiple stakeholders to grow the product portfolio and maintain ongoing client contact to ensure client satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will have a life science qualification, with experience selling innovative and disruptive products to healthcare organizations in the US, specifically hospitals and IDNs. You should have a strong track record of generating significant revenue growth in the healthcare space and building a territory from scratch. Experience working directly with hospital C-suite personnel and selling capital equipment or medical devices is also highly valued.

Familiarity with the diagnostic/IVD world is an advantage, as is experience in a startup company.

As a person, you should be highly goal-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills. You should have exceptional negotiation and customer-facing skills, be customer service-focused, and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Resilience and durability are essential traits for this role, as is the ability to solve problems, prioritize, and multitask. You should have splendid interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

You should be able to travel up to 80%.
