The Business Development Specialist engages warm leads and sets appointments for our financial advisors. You’ll focus on relationship‑building, qualifying leads, and contributing directly to the firm’s growth.

• Contact prospective clients and schedule advisor meetings
• Collect financial information and assess needs
• Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions
• Keep CRM records updated and accurate
• Collaborate with advisory and administrative teams
• Represent Guerra professionally at events
• Assist with team projects and administrative tasks
• Continue learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Financial experience and certifications/licenses a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into an advisor role

• High-quality appointments scheduled for financial advisors
• Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect tracking
• Measurable contribution to business growth through sales performance
• Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative teams
• Professional, client-focused communication at all times

• Full-time, role based in Miami, FL
• Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support

$60,000–$90,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
