Sales Representative (Entry‑Level B2B) – Mt. Pleasant

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services for the Mt. Pleasant market. This entry‑level role targets clients with 1‑49 employees in payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more. No prior sales experience is required; ADP provides high‑quality training and the latest sales technology to set you up for success.

• Grow our business while growing your own career. Work independently and collaboratively with teams to close sales, win new business, and meet sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients. Implement a sales strategy directed at decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family. Sell cloud‑based HR solutions while cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and ethical standards.

A college degree is beneficial but not required. Prior experience or internships in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or a related field is preferred.
