What you will be doingAssists in execution of Sales Strategy & performs daily execution of sales and customer needs. Supports sales management team for specific customers and/or channels. Proactively solve problems & identify opportunities.
- Work with direct manager to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
- Focuses first on the desired job outcomes and then adds the tasks or duties necessary to accomplish those outcomes.
- Regularly track any progress made to desired job outcomes and professional goals.
- Be tactical expert at customer's processes, timelines, portals and unique characteristics.
- Proactively review account(s) progress with manager.
- Help execute line reviews and collection information from internal Helen of Troy teams.
- Work with direct manager to understand customer related problems.
- Act in the absence of direction by seeing what needs to be done and acting without prompting.
- Be able to transform opportunity into action by being creative, proactive, and decisive.
- Highly organized and punctual with accounts, customers, and team members to ensure positive relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years in sales experience
- Work Schedule Tuesday
- Saturday (occasional Sunday) - Experience in the hair category, especially related with curly/textured hair, salons, etc.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Licensed and experienced Hairstylist/Cosmetologist
- Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities
