Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Houston, TX for a Regional Sales Representative at FORTPRO USA. The responsibilities include managing and expanding a customer portfolio, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Additional duties involve maintaining an in-depth understanding of FORTPRO’s product offerings, preparing sales reports, providing product guidance to customers, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of truck and trailer parts, or a similar technical or automotive industry, is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
  • Ability to identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
