As an Automotive Sales Associate at Brickell Mazda, you will be responsible for providing a personalized and outstanding customer experience to each guest. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, demonstrate vehicle features, and ensure they drive off happy in their new or pre‑owned Mazda. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving results.

• Greet and assist customers in selecting a new or pre‑owned Mazda vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Provide accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade‑in options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process.
• Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus but not required—training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about helping customers and providing an excellent buying experience.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using basic computer systems and sales‑related software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
