What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and client interactions effectively
  • Provide telephone support and act as the primary customer service contact for Merchant Services customers
  • Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and client implementation documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; relevant fields include Business or Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in banking, merchant services sales, or a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products and services confidently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and strong understanding of federal compliance regulations
  • Experience with CRM systems and payment gateways
  • Familiarity with digital onboarding tools or virtual sales platforms
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
