Base Pay Range$/yr - $/yr
Remote role; the successful candidate will be based in the US within ET.
What you’ll be doing 🧠- Own the business relationship with clients, building strong, multi-threaded partnerships across key stakeholders
- Drive renewals and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts
- Clearly communicate Reachdesk’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and competitive advantages in a way that resonates with client goals
- Proactively uncover opportunities to deliver additional value, drive client satisfaction, and support business growth
- Represent Reachdesk with confidence and professionalism in high-level discussions and contract negotiations with senior decision makers
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or customer success, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and/or retention goals
- Ideal background in subscription-based SaaS, with experience in consultative, solution-oriented environments rather than transactional or volume-driven models
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive-level relationships across complex organizations—particularly within sales and marketing functions
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead strategic conversations grounded in insight and expertise
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment
