The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional customer experiences through product expertise, personalized styling, and meaningful client relationships. This role supports sales goals, store standards, and a positive, inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide thoughtful customer service, product knowledge, and personalized styling recommendations.
- Build client relationships and grow sales through outreach, clienteling, and digital tools.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals and support team sales plans.
- Coach colleagues, contribute to training and talent sourcing, and participate in store initiatives.
- Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and provide feedback to management on product opportunities.
- Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to use digital selling tools and operate a register.
- Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
