Business Development Representative

Position Overview:

Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our National Account Team. This is a critical front-line position focused on driving growth through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. You'll play a key role in identifying potential customers, sparking interest, and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals
• Generate outbound leads through email campaigns, social outreach, and cold calling
• Research and identify potential clients in key verticals
• Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and lead status
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
• Set appointments and demos for Account Executors
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting goals
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of sales or lead generation experience
• SaaS lead generation experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable making cold calls and engaging decision-makers
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach)
• Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
