Who You Are Slalom Consulting is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and progressive leader to drive Business Planning (having a background in Anaplan or similar Enterprise Planning solutions like Pigment, One Stream, Oracle EPM, etc.)  services and client success across our North American business. The Business Planning Go-to-Market (GTM) leader will provide thought leadership to our enterprise and mid-market clients, set strategic direction for the GTM practitioners and generally be accountable for ensuring the overall quality execution of business and technology consulting across all Business Planning (Anaplan) pursuits and engagements.

What You’ll Do This role connects region or country-wide Capability strategy with market needs, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and thought leader at internal and external events, and collaborates with industry partners to identify opportunities. Accountable for the GTM focus to drive sales, pursuits, oversee solutioning, and account management. Also, contributing to delivery in billable roles, recruitment, and operational aspects of the Capability and market, including: Capability Vision & Strategy
* Works with the Business Planning leader and regional and market leaders to bring the Vision of our Enterprise Capability to life, driving connection between our local markets and regions to our global strategy.
* Connects and drives region or country-wide Capability strategy to the Market based on client portfolio, market maturity, and geographic makeup, tailoring the GTM strategy to align with local industries, clients and communities.
* Works with other Enterprise Business Application leaders to develop, socialize and drive joint capability solutions that incorporate Business Planning.

GTM Approach
* Owns the approach and execution to evangelize, educate and enable the Slalom sales function in markets and regions.
* Builds and develops relationships with our Account and Industry teams, as well as Business Planning capability teams to drive account planning and joint pursuits.
* Develops leading practices for GTM activities and focus and sales solutioning
* Partners with the Business Planning Capability leaders to define and develop reusable collateral for sales accelerators.
* Works to proactively ignite awareness and generate demand for Business Planning Capability and related client outcomes in the market. Participates in Campaigns, RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and POCs to ignite specific opportunities.
* Identifies and works with Alliances, Marketing and Operations to plan Slalom-led thought leadership events, in context of the Business Planning Capability and related Client Outcomes.
* Maintains awareness of industry leading practices and business levers for Enterprise Business Applications offerings and understand how Slalom pursuit teams interact.
* Provides insights to Business Planning Capability team on client themes, common questions, and observed trends.

Business Development & Sales
* Drive sales responsibility of $5M+ annually and manage a Personal Contribution Credit (PCC) target of $2.5M+.
* Partners with Industry aligned client partners, sales executives, alliances, and SMEs to identify and pursue potential opportunities related to the Capability.
* May act asSME in the pursuit process and identify appropriate SMEs from broader Capability team as needed.
* Focuses on specific Customers, driving targeted and bespoke sales motions that include multi-Capability solutioning and client outcome-based selling motions with the GTM team.
