Account Manager; Landscaping

• Manage an existing portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, condo associations, and commercial clients
• Conduct site visits and ensure service quality meets client expectations
• Identify and sell enhancement projects that add value for customers
  
  Drive client retention, account growth, and overall profitability
• Partner closely with operations teams to deliver exceptional service

• Commercial landscape organization with 30+ years of success in South Florida
• One of the larger and more respected providers in the market
• Services commercial properties, HOAs, condominiums, industrial, and institutional clients
• Known for long-term client relationships and strong customer retention
• Collaborative team environment with multiple Account Managers already in place
• Strong operational support and resources to help you succeed

• Enhancement sales and estimating experience
• Experience working with property managers, HOAs, or commercial clients
• Aspire experience is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
